Our complete roster of hosts is back for Episode 27- Doc, Ryan, Mac and Carrie have a bunch of stuff to talk about!

First off, we have Convention Round-up for fall 2013- including news from Comikaze, Bent-con, Convolution and World Fantasy.

Next, there’s tech talk- with twitter posts about the new X-Box One game Ryse (and their not-so-great crunch time jokes), Blizzard’s interviews with Rock, Paper, Shotgun, and the ill-titled and ill-fated “Hackers & Hookers” party!

Carrie brings us some interesting, if a bit sad, news from the realm of literary creation- namely, ailing author Eugie Foster’s lack of payment from Vera Nazarian of Norilana.

Keeping on the whole “sad” motif, the gang discusses Jelly Belly’s stance against trans-gendered folks, and the foibles of internet celebrity Wil Wheaton- who apparently can’t follow his own rule.

Finally, the episode ends on an upbeat note, as the crew reviews the musical styling of the band Twinkle Twinkle Little Rock Star– with their lullaby rendition of the Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack.
