“That Was An Important Eleven Minutes That I Was In The Bathroom.”
Welcome back to Associated Geekery Episode #67!
Well, we passed through the Halloween gauntlet and lived to tell the tale for another year. To celebrate, we’re doing another bang-up podcast for you all- wherein we discuss the following that happened while we were discussing spoopy stuff:
In celebration of Batman’s 75th Anniversary, the US Postal Service announced a new set of stamps in honor of the Caped Crusader! Carrie has something to say about that!
There were some goings on in Movie news this past October- rumblings of DC and Warner Bros. finally getting some superhero films going? With non-white male protagonists? Will they stick to it?
Oh, and not to be outdone- Marvel Studios just happened to eat DC’s lunch again by fully disclosing everything for Phase 3. But wait- no Black Widow movie? Is there ever going to be one?
This past weekend was Stan Lee’s Comikaze Expo in L.A.- Doc & Ryan lay down a review for you to hear.
Lastly, we briefly go over The Book Of Life- which is our one and only recommendation this week.
